How do I shop on Thaoss?

Shopping on thaoss.com is easy. Select one product or one brand from the top navigation menu or let you guide by our selections & themes featured on the home page. Choose quantity, size.. and add to your basket. Then proceed to checkout.

How can I contact a seller about a specific question?

You can contact a seller from the product page or from the order confirmation email. You can also contact us and we will liaise with the seller.

How will I receive my items?

Each seller will send directly your order. If you have placed an order with different sellers, you will receive different parcels.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery times vary according to the seller. On the product page, you will find delivery information.

If your order has not arrived yet, you log in to your account and see your order status. If you don't have an account, you can contact the seller or contact us.

If your order comes from one seller, your order will arrive in one parcel. If it comes from different sellers, it will come in different parcels.
